Okorio is a trusted Workday and Adaptive Planning implementation partner for enterprise organizations. Born from a strategic spin-out of Active Cyber, the creation of Okorio allowed the team to better focus on the growing market demand for specialized Workday and Adaptive Planning services — while clarifying positioning and unlocking new growth opportunities.

As Director of Marketing, I led the complete development of the Okorio brand — building the name, messaging, visual identity, and strategic positioning from the ground up to establish Okorio’s presence in the enterprise SaaS space.

The project included full brand storytelling, logo and UI kit design, and the design and development of a fully responsive, SEO-optimized website. I also built and executed an integrated content marketing strategy — launching campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels — all tracked against clear KPIs for lead generation, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, I actively measured campaign performance, optimized creative and messaging based on conversion data, and generated regular reporting to guide leadership decisions. These efforts contributed to measurable increases in qualified leads, site engagement, and brand visibility in the first 6 months post-launch — positioning Okorio as a competitive player in the Workday partner ecosystem.
